"Be consultative in one's approach and result oriented. Listen to the hiring manager, as they all have their own model for a sales person. I.E. New England mgr. is x-Pharma."

"A lack of local response to the needs of customers. A lack of focus local 3rd party payer initiatives."

"Don'r just demand numbers from people. Try to understand each territory challenges and aid in an effective sales strategy."
