"Do your best to avoid working for Hill-Rom in Austin and Round Rock, Texas. The asset manger (AM) of the mentioned locations is grossly unprofessional and highly incompetent. This person fails to properly implement the service contract and management is unapologetic for its unprofessional negligence. Each office is notorious for its under performance, unprofessional staff, and broken beds/equipment. Additionally the AM habitually hires unskilled candidates with limited critical thinking skills, poor work ethic, and highly questionable commonsense. Hired employees are customarily NOT trained to understand the importance of equipment decontamination, documentation, and inventory management. Inexperienced employees are secretly promoted and given special favor by the AM while qualified employees are deliberately overlooked. Needless to say, this creates a negative perception of favoritism, mistrust, and unethical business practice.
