"The company culture is very tense and there is not a lot of love that goes on around in HighTower due to the fact that the clients (who can also be partners with the company due to the business model ) are all in the same building in the NY office which sometimes creates unnecessary pressure sometimes. For the most part, people are professional and nice but the top earners at the company have a tendency to be abusive and arrogant to an inhuman degree but that is a very small percent. As far as the technology setup goes, it is mostly very secure due to it being a financial corporation and the fact that there is a specific team dedicated to IT Security. This company is very organized and you will fall behind if you are not organized but even if you are organized and don't appear to be, at this company it holds the same consequences because image matters here a lot and there are high expectations to look and act the part. You also feel like a number sometimes and not a human."
