"Say goodbye to your family... 14-15 hour workdays are common. NO benefits even offered. NO lunch breaks or bathroom breaks either. They tell you to use a customer's bathroom. Very high turnover rate. NO communication at all. Safety training is pretty well non existent and NO fit testing of respirators ever done. Equipment provided is shoddy at best. Vehicles not maintained so they break down a lot. The owners spend the profits on themselves buying luxury items, and vacations for themselves, when the ethical thing to do would be to INVEST the money into the employees so that they can at least get healthcare! SIX veteran techs have been hired and ALL have quit this place. There is a reason WHY employees are quitting!"
