Hi-Crush Employee

"Work is good, some supervisors are better than others. They don’t always pick the best fit for supervisory positions, mostly promote with the buddy system. Raises are a grey area. You are told at hire on you will get raises at 30/60/90/120. I never received them. No one could tell me why and I wasn’t the only one. Made it all the way to the supervisor before receiving a raise"
