"It is a small close knit hospital, and the people are like a small family, many improvements have been made in this past year. We have been acquired by UHS and many changes are in the process of taking place over this next year."

"Be ready for many long hour days and many changes within this next year due to acquisition."

What don't you like about working at Hickory Trail Hospital?

"The tools are not up to date, the computer system does not lend any flexibility and doing many jobs that require many hats."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look at ways to improve tools, moral at the hospital and make sure that all staff not just clinical are told and rewarded for a job well done."
