"I enjoyed the flexability to continue education. I was able to gain valuable experience. I liked the values of the administration to maintain a traditional school environment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"To be open minded about new programs. Be willing to go where needed. It is a community that wants to keep the old traditional values. Unfortunately these values include that teachers are to be totally submissive to admin."

What don't you like about working at Hesperia High School?

"I believe that some of the policies of administration are not made public."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To continue to work for a competative educational program. Reevaluate some of the policies that are limiting teacher choice and their point of view."
