"It's horrible compared to the amount of work I contributed from coaching employees, training, managing the entire facility from operations to sales and doing most of my employees work who refused to go above and beyond and from other companies that offer the same position the pay is horrendous. Here you are at least $20K of your actual potential pay grade. You will never earn this in the bonus structure, your sales will be minimal as most of the leaders of the company are project managers and have no background in business. So you will basically give away everything to keep 1 customer and you will be held liable for not making the sale you were told to give away."
