"Hertz gave me a good look into customer service. My Job was critical because I was the last person the customer would see. I was able to resolve issues and make sure that the customer was satisfied before they left."

"As my former employer, I'll answer in the past tense. Hertz was a good guy company, both to the customers and the employees. Enough push for a good job, but not too much. Some employee activities, such as a picnic at the Zoo outing (on a Saturday, of course) and blood drives. It was balanced."
