"I didn't like that I had to come behind a manager who had did bad business. Being the new manager to clean up billions of dollars in product."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"All my suggestions were taken from upper management. I said I needed to layoff staff in my branch as well as streamline part of the process to corporate to turn branch around. I was very proud I made the change and closed more deals with less staff and in 90day became the top profiting branch."
