What don't you like about working at Hensley Industries?
"The upper management is absolutely horrible. The previous president was extremely rude. The Japanese company Komatsu bought Hensley in 2000 and althought they have raised the revenue, it all goes back to Japan. They don't treat women fairly. It is a very supressive environment and if you don't like it, you can find another job and if they see that you are looking for one... good bye."
