What do you like about working at Spectrum?

"It was exciting and challenging working for a major corporation, and managing 300+ employees working at the Call Center."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be yourself and confident. If you can express to others that you know what to do and how to do it effectively and efficiently with as much clarity as possible, then the hiring manager will see the determination in your eyes that you have the passion required for the position within the company."

What don't you like about working at Spectrum?

"I honestly loved working for Time Warner Cable every day I came to work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Their managing style was superb, and is still my favorite internship I have completed in my experience."

"It was exciting working at a primarily software based company within their IT dept."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you are best friends with the Director of IT, Brian Godfrey, since he only hires his best friend of 30 years to replace employees he didn't train."

What don't you like about working at GFI Software?

"No opportunity for job growth and expansion. Also did not feel valued as an employee and made to feel that I was replaceable on a whim."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To increase communication between supervisor and their employees. Also to communicate expectations more clearly."

"I love the company I work for, but I am looking to take my skills and career to the next level."

What do you like about working at Paciolan?

"The culture and people I get to work with. Also be able to work closely with clients and deliver stunning results gives me a great deal of satisfaction."

What don't you like about working at Paciolan?

"I have so many job roles and am the goto guy on my tech related questions, however I am one of the least paid and most overworked. I started as an intern at a low pay rate and it has been difficult because I started so low. I moved my way up through the company and have no opportunity to move beyond my current position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Either select or require that managers have some level of competency in the field they are overseeing. I have worked in web development for 6 years at the same company and the clients love me, however my bosses don't even know what my job entails."
