"I learned a lot about myself, about how an agency runs, about how to deal with office politics, and about what I don't want in a working environment. I really appreciate the one-on-one relationship I was able to develop with everyone in the company. It was a great place for me to start my career. I was given opportunities I wouldn't have had in another organization"

"They have a very politically charged environment, and the company has gone through several rounds of senior management. There is no strong leadership force."

"They need to have a leader, and a clear vision for the company. They company needs to cut out those individuals who are not performing adequately."
