"Title: If you don't like them, they will blame you for TERRORISM. Details: Cronyism, National Favoritism, very loud noisy environment in the tiny room (60% of us bought and used $400 Active Noise cancel headphones), Inconsistency. Low pay, never get compensated for overtime. Salary raise only in 1.5 years. Cultural level is low, IT personal was Nail clipping right on their work desks. Worked for them 3 years, couldn't handle this any more. My last Performance review was "far exceeded expectations". I really improved them a lot, simplified, standardized and made major systems more reliable. But I didn't like their cronyism, national favoritism (right to work remotely granted ONLY to Latino-Americans, some teams are exclusively Cuban/Latino, some other privileges and exceptions are also given to them ONLY), so I quit. For entire month they kept sending me their system SMS-Alerts (each SMS-alert has different originating phone#, so impossible to block them), even I didn't work for them any more. It's because cronies of the bosses were exempt from even basic training, so they were unable even to edit a file in VI-editor on Linux. Finally as a form of "sweet warm Good Bye" they called FBI, Terrorist unit and complained on me :-) Yes, Yes, no jokes: TERRORISM, that's what they blamed me in!"

"Going to work at Heico was like coming home to my family. I loved it. I loved working with diversity. Something new every day. I also enjoyed the fast pace, and high energy. I learned so much there."

"Not enough attention payed to getting employees who cause problems to either quit, or join the team."
