"The variety of work assignments and duties. Operating equipment working in maintenance the saw plant out in the yard rarely was bored."

"Leave your ego at the door. Have a willingness to put your back into your work. Listen carefully and say so when you don't understand."

"I didn't like being exposed to the elements whether it was welding tn the middle of summer or outside in the middle of winter."

"Take more time for planning so you can be more proactive with projects as opposed to reactive."

"Be prepared to go long periods without work or be available for long travel periods."

"Infrequent projects with long periods in-between can cause a challenge financially."

"No suggestions. I think management does a fantastic job. I enjoy working for them."
