"HearingLife is a fast-growing company with so many moving parts. I had a great opportunity to move up in my career, however, leadership development lacked from the Corp office. There were four Presidents in my six years and therefore we were consistently changing directions. The culture was always shifting and never established to foster ideas from that outside of the Corp office. My direct lead was amazing to work with but I never had anyone else come out to my territory that was supposed to above him."
