"Working here is demotivating. We are constantly being pushed to work overtime to meet client needs. I'm willing to work overtime if there's a need, but what i don't like is the way the management treats us. They don't show compassion and treat us like robots who should just obey everything they tell us to do. We don't experience being recognized when we do a great job. It's tiring and unrewarding. I always think of quitting if only i don't need a paycheck."
