What do you like about working at Healthy Buildings International?

"The people I work with closely are great but I don't trust anyone since it is a toxic office space. The CEO is a poor manager and his only concern is himself. He has issues that kill the vibe of the company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get it in writing. They promised me things and then tried to get out of it. Poorly organized for growth. They have no idea what to do next but have stable business they bought from the founder."

What don't you like about working at Healthy Buildings International?

"My bonus checks and not having to be in the office as a salesperson"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a new CEO! The Director of Sales is just his minI me and they are terrible people managers. I get told nothing good. Simon is nice but won't step in to do anything. He is a non factor."

"Interview one on one to ask questions about organizational structure and know really has the power. Get everything in clear written letters or be at their mercy to change it on you."

"Great managers put their personnel in position to do well, If you hire someone to do a job let him win or lose on his own merits. Interfering with tht work is a losing proposition form a loser of a manager"
