"I believe in the overall good nature of HealthSouth now, but make sure you have all your bases covered."

What don't you like about working at HealthSouth Corporation?

"The company did end up folding due to a well-known CEO managing the business corruptly. We had a good thing at HealthSouth and one individual put himself in front of the 50,000 employees that trusted him to guide us."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"HealthSouth is attempting to build its way back into the healthcare arena. I do not think it will be an easy transition for anyone involved. I believe a complete overall and separation from the current CEO is necessary to acheive greatness again."

"To allow me the opportunity to interview for this implementation position. Coming from an HIM background, we utilize health care information systems on a daily basis. I feel with that knowledge and exposure, I can be a great consultant."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Modern management needs to be flexible. Provide mentoring and coaching to build, strengthen and empower employees. That in turn will be a great investment to the company."

What do you like about working at HealthSouth Corporation?

"I worked in Fredericksburg. I enjoyed the rehab vision and work. I was Admissions nurse for over a year and enjoyed this but there was no advancement potential at the facility in Fredericksburg VA."

"I think management needs to be strongly behind its employees and provide appropriate educaational opportunities."

"Small rehab hospital. Very nice people, but not too many places to go for advancement."
