"No base salary, no real training or help. No opportunity for growth."

"The company advertised that they provide leads to their agents but they did not clarify that all agents will receive the exact same leads. Many times the clients received numerous calls because all agents had the same client names on their lead cards."

"Management should encourage their agents to be honest with the clients and not only explain the benefit coverage they are getting but also explain the benefit coverage that is not included in their plan."

"The process you have in place for running a region does not work, until you are able to hire good quality people and give them the ability to be sucessfull you are never going to move forward. The company needs to remember with out the sales force there is no company."
