"Nothing. I am looking for another job. One where people count."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't go. You'll regret working for this company. I have worked for three great companies and one really bad one. Youth Villages is the really bad one."

What don't you like about working at Youth Villages?

"Management is the most unprofessional I have ever seen. There are no repercussions for the sloppy job they do and there are no performance standards for them. As a healthcare worker, this company has the worst director of nursing I have ever seen. She is overpaid and does absolutely nothing for the betterment of the company. The turnover of employees in this area is never ending."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Grade the director of nursing, and nurse managers by getting feedback from those who report to them. Management should be held to the same standards the non-management employees are expected to adhere. And how about making the feedback anonymous to avoid retaliation."
