"Only sign up if you're truly serious about making a career in the military."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"Irregular schedule, constant exposure to life threatening conditions, and mediocre living conditions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Increased compensation, lifetime medical care and good family support system."

What do you like about working at United States Army?
"I loved working for the ARMY because I was doing something to be proud of with my life."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Haha. Yeah. Unless you're in great shape, or plan to allow yourself to work hard enough to be in great shape, and also be mentally tough, have thick skin, and be able to work toward a common goal with peers and follow ALL commands, don't do it."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"I very much disliked the morale of the ARMY due to the idea that if you're hurt, people automatically assume you're weak. And if you're weak, they don't like you."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I wasn't in a management position, and other than suggesting that they work at helping people with their fitness rather than running them down for not being able to finish Air Assault school for example."

"I liked the education that I received and the trips for overachievers as myself."

"Interacting with a highly educated group of professionals and being viewed as a sales representative with very diverse and specialized knowledge of healthcare flooring products."

"Be yourself and communicate clearly as to what you bring to the table as a sales representative and communicator. Emphasize your enthusiasm for learning, as the product and service offering is extremely complex and diverse."

"The turnover and having to become actively involved in very complex projects that I was not originally involved in during the bidding process."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Regular reviews to highlight what I'm doing well as a healthcare specialist and coaching to assist me with any areas where I may have deficiencies."

"Substantial workplace but would not recommend for long term. Good secure place to work for."

"Stable and job security but not recommended for long term career. Good place to start career."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No tips really, not a very challenging interview. Just need to score high on the ASVAB."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"Unfair at times and favoritism does exist which makes it very challenging for subordinates unfortunately."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Equality and more management skills are needed for senior leaders. Individual training is also recommended."

"The military is meant for those only wanting to serve the United States, with no other expectations what so ever."

"I liked learning something new, about health care."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Go in with the attitude, Ok, they screwed me over again. Oh well, that doesn't really matter to me because I am here to serve the United States. It doesn't matter who you are, you will get screwed at some point if you join the military, the only way to be successful is with the attitude I just described."
What don't you like about working at United States Army Reserve?
"I didn't like the fact that one hand didn't talk to the other. I didn't like that everything was disorganized, no one really knew everything about the Army. I didn't like being lied to."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would implement a special class for the recruiters with emphasis on matching new recruits with the opportunities they are looking for, but also opportunities that they would be successful at as well."
