"I have worked healthcare partners for 11 years and not once have they given a cost of living increase. You only get a raise by how well your evaluation goes. If your supervisor does not like you, your evaluation would be crappy. I feel like the administration takes all the money the company gives them to pay their employees, and stick it in their pockets. Don't get me wrong, the company is great to work for and gain experience, but do not stay there. I've made that mistake in being there so long. It's a good place to just work for 2 years and leave. They are already hiring and if you start to work here you will understand why they are always hiring. I hope this helps with choosing this company for a job."
"I have been with the company for 3 years and although I do not feel I have moved up at all, I do feel it is a wonderful company to work for overall. The atmosphere is great and they really try to make you feel good as an employee."
"My day at work would start with smiles and greetings from my coworkers. Staff work pretty autonomously so its great to be able to use all your knowledge and creativity. I have learned a lot in my seven plus years of employment at HealthCare Partners. I am more than familiar with HIPPA compliance regulations and processing. Management was great, benefits rock and the atmosphere is good they really appreciate employees and respect everyone including the top boss!!! HealthCare Partners is a leader in the industry."
"Healthcare Partners of Nevada has excellent core values and a great business model. They are really striving to be a patient-oriented health care company and aspire to be the leaders in the industry. These are admirable qualities. They at times have trouble applying their attitude toward patient care to their employees. The many recent changes in the health care industry will be challenges going forward but they are lead by smart and ambitious people who have the talent to overcome them."
"Health Care Partners is the largest HMO in Southern California. I initially worked for them in 2011 building an Interface/Messages Remediation ASP.NET system. They were very satisfied with my work and called me again on a 1 year project that is now concluding in December 2013. The Systems we built are enterprise-class, are based on Microsoft technologies, and we followed Agile methodologies. (SCRUM)."
