Submit a Review"I do not like working with people who have clannish behavior; I do not like adults who cannot address everyday issues with a co-worker in a straightforward manner, instead of involving management and causing more of a problem. The job itself is okay, however I find that I do a lot of grunt work, and haven't been well trained."

"You can not move up in mangement. I feel like underneath the blind folds it is seen a a buisness."

"better communication with the nurses and understanding that issues will arise"

"At Falmouth Hospital things are always changing and I am constantly learning new things!"

"Union: not going to lose my job. Being able to earn sick time and vacation time, this is important to a mother."

"Be yourself, because if you get the job you will be working with these people for a long time and you wont want to keep up an act."

"I cant seem to get a full time job, because jobs are awarded by seniority, not by skill or ability."

"Stay out of peoples personal lives, and dont talk about so much gossip. Remember HIPPA"

"Traveling there from St Paul was a hassle due to construction and hwy changes."

"Keep up the good work!! My particular manager was the best, she cared for her employees and always made sure they were okay, no matter the situation."
