"Can be an extremely chaotic envrionment bordering on unsafe at times."

"Don't. I would not recommend this company to anyone personally or professionally."

"Poor leadership, poor communication, did not adhere to State contract, not good to employees, poor training."

"Improve communications, follow processes, adhere to State contract, respect employees knowledge, respect members you serve."

What do you like about working at Concentra?
"The accounts kept building and I ended up managing over 1000 accounts, which ended up paying me high commissions."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Have thick skin and give it 12-18 months for your commissions to build, but watch them like a hawk because they will try to hide your commissions and not pay you what you deserve."
What don't you like about working at Concentra?
"Their senior management was a fiasco filled with horrible treatment of their staff and sales reps. They are disorganized and have aweful customer service."

"Treat their employees like human beings, not like illiterate people."

"Have each plant responsible for a budget and drive down responsibilty to each department for budget"
