"I've been at Geisinger for approximately 2 years. Overall communication is poor, employees are expected to work many hours without compensation, management is disorganized, and work is expected to be performed without industry standard tools. Management will often remind employees they are compensated well for the area. There is a high turnover rate due to unrealistic expectations. If you are considering working here, plan for this to be a stepping stone."
