"HealthEquity is a company that's dealing with a little bit of multiple-personality-disorder at the moment (this is written in early 2021). The company has grown quickly over the last two or three years, primarily via purchasing other companies. This growth has shown some cracks, and the company is trying to deal with them. That said, they are aware of these issues and they are trying to address them. They're still fairly new in their Agile journey, and much at the corporate/enterprise level is still being worked out. Individually, I have not had any issues with any of my coworkers or management. You'll need patience as they sort through their issues, but if you have that, I can certainly recommend Health Equity as a good place to work."
"I worked for WageWorks (then Health Equity) for 3+ years. The growth by the acquisition model can be difficult, but there is a lot of opportunities if you are flexible. Some really great people who want things to succeed, and some not. Middle Management struggles to stay relevant. If you can handle chaos you can learn a lot."
