What don't you like about working at Murray City Corp.?

"Working for a municipality definitely has its challenges. It takes an act of congress to be able to discipline an employee, even if his/her co-worker has been put in a dangerous situation. Other than that, it has been a great experience."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be fair and equal to all employees. To see the entire picture and function of a safety/loss professional and continue to provide him/her with full time employment."

"Hard to move up career path due to emphasis on having PhD to be able to manage people."
