"Health Cental is an older hospital with older equipment and is in the process now of constructing a new ER. This takes time and I'm sure it will be great with up to date equipment and enough for everyone. I don't have anything bad to say but it was hard to move up for advancement since (and I don't like to be negative) it was all about who you knew and because I was concentrating on my patients and the quiet one I was who you knew and I was a great nurse."
