"I've worked for Health Care Logistics for 5 years and have seen some amazing things happen. Base pay has increased along with incentives for performance. And I dare anyone to find a health insurance plan that charges our rates with its low deductible. Growth is everywhere. I've seen the number of customer service reps almost double so stress is reduced. Promotions come to those who work hard and do well. Working hard believing in HCL = reward. Disrespect and minimal effort = moving on."

"The sales management team here are by far the WORST management team I have came across in my years in the workforce. They say they care about their employees and bribe, I mean, reward them with pizza parties and food every once in a while, but if you get on their bad side, you better watch out because you'll be out the door real quick! I did my job very well and met my goals (most of the time exceeded them) and still got let go! Prospective employees beware!!!"
