"The tips I would give are to be really personable and passionate about helping people."

"Many of the employees were stuck in their old ways and didn't want to listen to the safety professional."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have liked for the upper management to take safety more seriously. Safety culture and compliance start with upper management."
