"Being a healthcare administrator is something that I personally have wanted to do since I was a young girl so to actually be living my dream job in Hawaii I need to remind myself of how lucky I am. There are a multitude of challenges and problems to be solved on a daily basis and ranges from direct patient care to overall program development, income and revenue cycles, healthcare law and personnel issues. Healthcare is not for the faint hearted but for those who desire a faced paced, high stress level and can multitask at an unbelievable rate."
