"I enjoyed working with an ordinance manufacture and supervised 18 machine operators and two engineers.Have had the responsibility of various manufacturing and production process.Project Manager involving ergonomic modifications of various productions areas."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To incorporate efficient methods of manufacturing. Example methods wold be:Kaizan, 5S's, Toyota Methods of Manufacturing, SMED and the 7W's"
