"I loved working alongside the founders of the company. Their passion, entrepeneurial spirit and vision was contagious."

"Let your individual personality shine and prepare to give examples of how you are a value to Green Park Interim."

What don't you like about working at Green Park?

"As the company grew, it was harder in the last year to adapt to the work culture. The level of committment and hard work wasn't always there in some of my work colleagues that has chipped away at the foundation of values that the company was created on. I didn't like seeing that."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They finally embarked on finding a solution on creating an improved company culture in June 2012 when I was leaving by conducting one to one staff surveys to see where improvement could be made. I would suggest continuing this down this path."
