"poor management staff, always kept the pool understaffed, and keeping the schedule accurate."

"To keep a better eye on the pool and to recruit more employees to work for you"

"This is a good opportunity for high school/college students. Management opportunities are available; set yourself apart. Also, benefits are offered to anyone working over 20 per week (last I knew). This makes it hard for management to let you work that much, but after showing yourself competent, it's obtainable."
