"Read the job description closely. Ask about how coverage of case managers is done during vacation time as you will often be covering muliple states and licensure may be an issue."

"Our administrator was a very weak link and corporate didn't seem to realize that."

"When a facility seems to be having reputation issues they need to look at all players in how to fix that."
