"The overall vision of CEO is refreshing and forward thinking, and the CEO has a good strategy. At a high level, I do like the company."

"It may be good to determine what your position is and the responsibilities you may be assuming."

What don't you like about working at H.B. Fuller?

"The IT department is a mess. The integrity of IT management and leadership is weak. Lies, politics, and other manipulative measures are common. Not a very respectful environment. They do have 'processes' in place, but are rarely followed. Some people within the department behave with a bully mentality. No career path with little or no growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It would be beneficial to have a CIO rather than have IT be under finance."

"I understand that some management/labor problems have arisen in recent years; problems like these cannot be good in the long term for either the company or employees."

"HB Fuller was a great company to work for when at its peak, but after spending a large part of my career with them felt as though it was time to move on and expand and use my talents."

What do you like about working at H.B. Fuller?

"They were the leader in their industry and I was able to manage my own Territory with support in the earlier days during my employment with them. I was my own manager and worked from my home which gave me independence and freedom and consequently my passion and love for being in front of the customer excelled."

"They should be organized and passionate about what they are selling."

"I feel that they changed the compensation package too often which limited my earning capabilities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"That management should at one point be at least exposed to what it takes to sell their products as opposed to knowing NOTHING about it."
