"Havenpark is a relatively new company with several perks. However, the communication leaves much to be desired. Often policies change without notifying the staff outside of the main office in Utah. Most Community Managers have been with the company for only a few months and seem rather overwhelmed and burnt out. I just think there are some growing pain! We'll see how they do in the future."
