"I've worked for Hart & Cooley for over a year. I have done well in this position and am doing a good job. My boss is very pleased with my performance. My only complaint is it is a bit far from my home and the growth opportunities are somewhat limited. I have been given a lot of freedom and responsibility to do my job, but resources are still sometimes limited within the constraints of the budget."
