"1. Enrichment - Is nice when you first begin and will make sure you have all that you need (ie computer, resources). Will constantly move you to another room. Will tell you they don't need you after you have accepted the job. They will tell you there's no way for them to see you in the system but go inside and cancel every single job you request for the future when you bring up issues to them. Has to be reminded to put you in the system or pay will not be correct. There is no library like other schools have. Pay will probably still not be correct. Kids are super adorable and make your day 100%. The building has lots of light but rooms can be very cold or very warm. 2. Technology - Teachers VERY helpful and willing to assist subs. They have a great building and willingness to help in the most they can if they are going to be out (ie. sub plans). Students are their own community and are great. The kids listen and do their work accordingly. Good campus. Would recommend, 3. Advancement - Teachers leave amazing sub plans and the students are great. It is not hard, however some of the teachers are a bit too invested which can be a turn off. I did not need 3 different teachers coming in the room checking on me every 10 minutes (this is not an understatement). 4. Excellence - Organized. Head person over subs is very nice and the classrooms are very welcoming. Couches, cute corner times, and class-libraries are nice. However, I've been dismissed because I was a Harmony employed sub and not a 3rd party which doesn't make sense. So be careful if you decide to pick up a job. You may drive out there and be told to turn around. 5. HR drags their feet on your issues if you are not a teacher. I was on the verge of homelessness twice as they filed against me because I couldn't pay it because they made me wait TWO WEEKS TO GET CORRECTED PAY and I lost my car to repossession because I was made to wait for my pay to be corrected."
