"An important, mid-size company that serves a great niche, but trying to boil the ocean. A lot of talk about culture, finding the "hedgehog" and being great at one thing, but in practice trying to be great at too many things. Tremendous potential, but a lack of focus hurts the long term. Too much desire by too many to be "heroes" and make a name for themselves. Talent is ridden too hard without appropriate support."
