"Great job with excellent benefits, but seeing how their main product was checks, it's a dying trade b/c of debit cards."

"I was basically in charge of my department, although I wasn't considered the team leader. The maintenance dept. was great and would take the time to teach you new things about the printing presses, which I enjoyed. I was responsible for departmental paperwork when the Supervisor was out, proving I was suited to be a supervisor myself."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Not likely they are hiring, but my last year there they brought in all new equipment which was basically like a big Xerox machine, and got rid og the old Heidelberg presses, which made it much easier on the employees b/c everything was computerized."

"The 45 minute drive to and from work."

"None, after they reorganized the company was well managed."
