"Integrity is everything. Working at a movie theater is a fun job, but most forget that it is hard work as well."

What don't you like about working at Harkins Theatres?

"As a Senior Manager, I work many different shifts, and no week is the same. Holidays and weekends are required, but it would be nice to have a set schedule."

"I found the supervisors were very immature and not professional and very uncaring to the needs of not only the guests but that of the employees as well."

"They need to grow with the ever changing business environment around them, their staff are very set in their ways and refuse to change to try other more open ended business techniques."
