"It was very stable and I felt like I could learn as much as I wanted to. They offer further education and promotions/advancement within the company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Go under on your timecard for hours and never round up. Make sure you are not forgotten in all the tape and make sure your work is not taken in vein - your achievements can get lost in such a large arena."
What don't you like about working at Raytheon?
"It was a 2 hour drive each way from my home and I feel they do not respect what overtime is put in for the company nor do they compensate it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make sure that you respect your employers; never get too big to care any longer."
