"the constant worry that the company is running out of money. Also there seems to be no clear leadership."

"Have clear leadership. Don't change the product in the process. There are always good ideas and room for improvement but getting the product out should be first priority."

"Its a startup company that has grown so fast and was delivering products for Nike, Body Media, Adidas, Fossil and other name brands"

"You have to be a very attractive skill set type of person before appling in this company."

"The environment was not as great as my current job microsoft."

"The management has to focus and learn to balance between what risks to take and how to mitigate such risks in the business."

"IBMGS was a very stable and wonderful place to work."

"I felt working for IBM was great, the people that work there are very knowledgeable in what they do."

"In general I had a wonderful experience working at IBMGS, I would recommend the opportunity to anyone that can attain it."
What don't you like about working at IBM?
"As with any place we sometimes get to work with people who have a different work ethic than others, and that can make for a difficult working experience."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As my manager was out of Phoenix and I was up in Minnesota for a year and a half I never saw her, which is unfortunate. Maybe for them to get out and see their people once or twice a year would be a good thing."

"The distance, it's to far where I live."

"The expenses of the top management is too high."

"The people I worked with were the best. However all have been let go."

"It was a good place to work but beware of the layoffs."

"The Gen-Rad merger; brought bad management and questionable ethics with them. It changed the company for the worst."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop selling product lines to other companies and then laying off all working on it. Stop purchasing other companies then laying off your own workers. Improve what you have."

"VLC, Inc. is no longer in business as it merged with IGT, so this is not applicable"

"Corporate buyout by IGT displaced many people from their jobs."
