"There's a start-up vibe with more stability than you'd find in a company that is launching. Pretty good access to VP level leadership. Most of the leadership isn't set in their ways and some projects can get done quickly."

"There's a horrendous amount of inefficiency and waste. Top performers go unrecognized and unrewarded while while ineffective loose canons get promoted. Lots of wheel-spinning and very unstable at the top."

"Recognize people who perform and move them into positions of greater responsibility."
"If you value your career at all don't go here. The managers only manage their careers and anyone below senior management has no voice. If you're just looking for somewhere to warm a chair this might be for you if you can stand it. No training. Careers go here to die."
"Complete lack of management. Managers only manage their own careers. There is an on-call rotation but in reality you're on-call 24/7. No training unless you want to pay out-of-pocket and use your own vacation time. This is where careers go to die. Complete good 'ol boy shop. If you're not outside friends with your manager you have no career path. You're a chair warmer."
