"Terminate the top 1% and bring back the people that built this company."

"Not a thing anymore. Everything of value was taken, one at time and year after year."

"They will paint a pretty picture for you and as soon as you come on board its nothing but a runny oil painting."

"No communication. Everything is keep hush hush. The left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing."

"Leave. The people that built this company need to come back. If not that, follow their vision."

"Be sure to have a low IQ and a high sense of importance if you are interviewing for upper management. Never expect to be promoted. HFT seems to only hire from outside."

"Inept upper management constantly making unneccessary changes. Unable to make a decision and stick with it. Idiot coworker made life miserable."

"If you can't make up your minds then leave the decision up to the worker. Have far less meetings with committees. Nothing great was ever created by committee."

"micro managing district manager, poor support from corporate, poor inventory management, difficult hiring procedure"

"Remove district manager, more hours for store. more control at store level for inventory levels, easier hiring process"

"Sans planning, Harbor freight tools always shoots then aims, then reacts."

"Plan and execute, no more shoot then aim. Consider those who are making planned decisions, not knee jerk reactions."

"There's a start-up vibe with more stability than you'd find in a company that is launching. Pretty good access to VP level leadership. Most of the leadership isn't set in their ways and some projects can get done quickly."

"Go in with both eyes wide open and don't burn any bridges behind you. The revolving door spins pretty fast here."

"There's a horrendous amount of inefficiency and waste. Top performers go unrecognized and unrewarded while while ineffective loose canons get promoted. Lots of wheel-spinning and very unstable at the top."

"Recognize people who perform and move them into positions of greater responsibility."

"If you value your career at all don't go here. The managers only manage their careers and anyone below senior management has no voice. If you're just looking for somewhere to warm a chair this might be for you if you can stand it. No training. Careers go here to die."

"Complete lack of management. Managers only manage their own careers. There is an on-call rotation but in reality you're on-call 24/7. No training unless you want to pay out-of-pocket and use your own vacation time. This is where careers go to die. Complete good 'ol boy shop. If you're not outside friends with your manager you have no career path. You're a chair warmer."
