"Great place to work for a start up company. There is so much to learn as the industry grows. They really believe that everyone in the company is family and treat them as such. They do everything they can to make sure that the staff is taken care of. Everyone is willing to help out in other departments when they can in order to hep the company succeed. The owners are very hands on and are open to suggestions that will better their company. Because it is a start up, often times your work-life balance varies.
