"The Hamilton Company has provided an incredible amount of exposure for me to start my career. However, traditional management styles and culture I believe are holding the company back from attracting good talent in 2020."
"Good place to work considering that options in Reno are limited, including Tesla. Compensation is excellent, however the 401K match is dismal. The company is trying to transition to a more modern manufacturing company in terms of the tools and resources available for use, but has been slow to execute."
