Be cautious in your actions and ever vigilant of the perception of those in power. You don't have to be in error on issues or policy to feel injustice by your supervisor."

"Be less critical of your employees and realize that the hidden agendas of supervisors are more detrimental to your keeping employees that are very eager to perform and due not only what is asked of them, but go the extra mile for the banks benefit."
