"You have a very low chance of getting hired. The majority of the people they hire are within the company. They have to post their positions on their website as a state requirement, even though they may have no intention of hiring someone that currently doesn't work for Grand Valley."

"IT department does not like new ideas. Full time employees will not make our jobs easier if it requires them to do work."

"The department would be more efficient if the 5 highest paid employees in the IT department were fired and replaced with high school graduates."
